What are Organic Chia Seeds?

Organic Chia Seeds are tiny brown seeds that originate from the Chia plant, a South American Herb that is a member of the mint family. In the past Chia Seeds were a core component of South American cuisine, being used as flour and cereal.  Chia Seeds are certified organic by the Soil Association under the code GB-ORG-05.
